Shipping / Returns
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 6 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. *Please note shipping internationally has a small fee, and for domestic orders with free shipping; if the order contains multiple items they will all ship together.
Back Orders: **Please note, if your vanity is out of stock and you choose to place it on backorder, due to the large number of backorders that can buildup for vanities, in order to ensure your backorder is reserved and ships out as soon as it comes back in stock, we must charge your credit card for the vanity at that time. If you do not wish to have your card charged, then please let us know and we will cancel your order, and you are free to re-place the order once the vanity comes back in stock.**
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six (6) business days of your order, please feel free to follow up with us at Support@AmazingVanities.com. Once shipped, items typically take 5 to 10 business days to arrive at their delivery address. As all items are shipped via Freight, shipping times can be affected by weather. Of course, our team will keep you updated on any shipping delays/issues. All shipping is curbside delivery only.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTION FOR FREIGHT SERVICE ***** IF THESE ARE NOT FOLLOWED ANY DAMAGE CLAIMS WILL BE DENIED*****
PLEASE ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO OPEN and INSPECT THE ENTIRE PACKAGE PRIOR TO SIGNING THE ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY (both inside and out - meaning make sure to open the ENTIRE package and inspect the ENTIRE VANITY thoroughly) and NOTE any damages/ shortage on the delivery receipt (driver's copy) before driver leaves. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR DAMAGE CLAIM BEING DENIED ***If your delivery driver does not let you inspect the inside of the package, then REFUSE to SIGN for the delivery AND REFUSE THE SHIPMENT.*** THE DELIVERY DRIVER IS NOT IN CHARGE, YOU ARE! ALTERNATIVELY, SIGN THE RECEIPT "SUSPECT DAMAGE". NOT ALL FREIGHT CARRIERS WILL COVER CONCEALED DAMAGES CLAIMS. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TAKE PICTURES OF ANY DAMAGE AND PROVIDE SAME TO SUPPORT@AMAZINGVANITIES.COM.
***Please be sure to inspect the entire outside box, open the box and inspect the entire vanity, and do this for all boxes delivered and NOTE any damages/ shortage on the delivery receipt (driver's copy) before driver leaves. Sellers can only replace or refund item for shipment with damage/ shortage notations on delivery receipt. The delivery receipt is a binding contract. By signing, you are stating the shipment is complete and no damages inside and out, except as noted. Any claim will be denied without any damage/ shortage notations. ****
***PLEASE NOTE any damage claims need to be filed within 3 days of delivery for most freight companies to consider the claim. Failure to notify Amazing Vanities of damages within 3 days of delivery, or complete the inspection requirements above will result in your claim being denied. As a result, notifying us of the damage immediately is crucial to any damage claim being honored. Any damage claims made after installation cannot be honored.***
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, any returns are then subject to the specific supplier's/manufacturer's return policies and procedures; and you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and any supplier/manufacturer restocking fees. Refunds, when applicable, will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
